Completely Nourished

Thank you Alicia and Claude for setting the space to be cocooned.
I felt completely nourished in all ways.

Physically I could not have dreamt that I could be given treatments in such a conscious loving way.

The detail in the nurturing and retreat environment
was amazing.

Emotionally I felt supported and loved by the group,
Alicia and her spirit guides.

Spiritually I feel nourished - the yoga and meditation,
the loving journeys we were taken on with loving,
beautiful staff members.

The Hindu ceremony, their smiles and love

Letting Go of Everything

Every woman and mother deserves to experience 'retreating' away from their family.

I experienced a complete letting go of every responsibility in my life.
I could let go of everything.
Even my soul was looked after.

I feel blessed to have given myself the Soul Cocoon retreat and to be part
of this journey into the Soul.

We healed through ZenBali/Spa4Soul providing every anticipated need, through the most amazing meals, and by being surrounded by the humble and beautiful souls
of the Balinese people and staff of ZenBali Resort.

The Soul Cocoon is truly a heartwarming, loving energy. I was loved like a baby,
my inner child is so happy, just like she should be.

Being in Alicia's energy field is momentous as always.

Every breath in this Cocoon has meaning. I will be back to ZenBali Resort,
and of course I will journey more and more with Alicia as my soul mentor.

I felt myself just letting go and letting my soul and love expand.
We were all in the retreat to heal our hearts!

I feel so grateful and so lucky.
I thank my soul for leading me to this paradise.

How Great It Is To Be A Beautiful Woman

Soul Cocoon, Bali October 2008

It wasn't very apparent before,
I'd never been shown how to walk through the door,
Of 'Womanhood - The Mothers I had through no fault of their own
Were only capable of showing me pain.


But after a week in this Soul Cocoon
I have seen how it is to be a beautiful woman.

The lessons in self loving I've learnt from you all,
Have made me see that I too can stand tall.

You all shine from within after so much upset,
Your strength has inspired me, the past I'll forget.

All of you now are a Mother to me,
A feeling that makes me proud as can be.

Such incredible women, each and every one
Our journey's continue lit up by the sun.

So thank you for showing me your wisdom and grace
You see what a difference it's made to my face?!

This week has been filled with trusting and sharing,
Surrounded by the beauty of Bali, so caring.

My soul is rejoicing, a blossoming flower,
How can I thank the great Alicia Power?

One thing for sure, and I hope you'll agree.

I can now see the beautiful woman in me.
